Dog Walking In May

It was so wet yesterday that when the rain stopped this morning just after breakfast I decided to go for a cycle. I thought the fresh air might blow away the frustration of dealing with the teenage revision mood of yesterday.

It was cold and it did rain when I was out but not for long. On my way back I stopped to watch some chickens that had been let out after their night indoors. I took some photos of a Benny Hill style chase but to my disappointment the focusing wasn't as sharp as I would have liked.

This lady passed by and I felt her attire summed up the poor weather we are having in May this year. Hard to believe that about six weeks ago we had a mini heatwave.
