What am I ?

Rain Rain Rain again today. These flowers are growing on a small bush in the garden and the wet weather has given me the chance to blip them having been on my mind for a few days.

There seems to be quite a few of these bushes around at the moment but so far I cannot identify them online so any help appreciated.
