Yet Another Rainbow

It seems everytime I look out of my window these days there is a rainbow in the sky. As I've mentioned before I'm a sucker for natures light shows and when one decides to show itself I'm always ready to blip it. I decided to funk it up a little, and thought it prudent to explain what I have done.

So i copied the whole photo and pasted it back over the original. I selected 'overlay' on the top layer and then used a Topaz Labs plug in to create an enhanced exposure colour (just on the one layer). That highlighted the colours the best.

I toyed with a HDR effect as well, but it was just too bright.

In other news I've been off work sick today. I woke up after a minimal amount of sleep with a really harsh sore thought and pounding headache.... every muscle in me ached like I'd been ten rounds with Ali (back in the 60's, not now obviously). I don't quite know what it is but I have to go back tomorrow as it is the deadline for submission of an important quote to a potential big customer. I'm feeling a little better now thanks to tablets and water.
