By name and by nature. The tide on the Thames was low this afternoon, but this street is often impassable at high tide - hence the name I suppose.

Peaceful working at home day today, not too many phones ringing, e-mails pinging, got lots done.

Took a break at lunchtime, popped to Richmond for a bit of food shooping, sneaky peek in Waterstone's (I'm sticking with the apostrophe, even if they're not) and quick whiz down to the river for a few clicks.

B has a stupidly long day, mostly to do with travel in London - managed a paltry 5 miles in 1 hour 10 minutes this morning. It's cheap pint night, B might just about make last orders.
