It's been a stressful day at work, recently our hospital thought what a great idea it would be to close the dementia ward, this has now had a knock on effect on all the other wards in the hospital, so as well as stroke patients we now have to deal with dementia patients, not all lovely old dears that have forgot their marbles, but often little old ladies that swear like troupers and love to fight like ninjas!

But to end the day we had a class of school kids come in to sing to the patients, singing lots of Christmas songs, from winter wonderland, to Rudolph the red nose reindeer, and fun was had by all.
