Memory Lapse

Enjoyed my run in this morning and being5 busy the day passed really quickly.

Around mid-day I caught a snatch of the local radio station, Pirate FM, talking about the Olympic Torch passing through Falmouth on Saturday. Without really giving it much thought I had the notion to ring Mum and tell her about it, it was with a jolt that I realised that I can no longer do that!!

Back on the diet with a vengance, my only luxury - salad cream on my salad. No savouries at work, no ice cream, no dairy, no bread, I could go on but am having trouble seeing through the tears.

Lots to get ready around the house ready for the summer, I only need to convince C that an Apple Mac is essential and we'll be set.
