Christmas Crew Change surfing home

The crewchanges before Christmas turned out to be a logistic drama, but with lots and lots of efforts, paper work, telephone calls and even more patience, it looks like this surfer boat is picking up the first batch to bring them to the shore. They will be home for Christmas, if we can do this one more time the day after tomorrow, everybody is happy.

A keen eye will notice the brown coloured water, yes we are working offshore, but rather close to the estuary of the mighty Congo river, one of the greatest rivers in the world, responsible for disposing million and million tons of fresh water into the South Atlantic Ocean.
