Success!

Twenty years ago I bought those cute fairy lights with Santa-heads to decorate the Christmas-tree.  Last year they were broken beyond repair and we just put them back in the box, a little heavy hearted because those lights have been one of our favorite Christmas-decorations.
Fast forward to this December:  My husband decided it would be his mission for this Christmas to replace the string of lights for the Santa-heads.  After browsing through shelf after shelf of fairy lights in the shops to no avail, we drove to BYKO this afternoon.  There it was!  The last one on the shelf - possibly the last one in the shop?!  Perfect in every detail:  35 lights, green string, good price (£ 3,38) and the Santa-heads fitted like a glove!
Just too bad (for me, certainly not for my husband) the flashing function of the old one is gone.
