Coconut Close-up

I was sitting watching at the volleyball court (the penalty for losing this time of year when there are so many waiting to play) when I noticed this coconut. I was intrigued by the texture and color and pulled out my underwater camera. I remembered from reading the manual that it had shooting modes, so I tired the bunch. From "toy camera" to the "super vivid" shot shown here, each was distinctly different. I can see I might be using these modes more often on static subjects like this to bring a bit of extra pizzaz to what would otherwise by an ordinary photo.
