Marimba Morning

In town early to pay bills at the bank before we leave for Pátzcuaro tomorrow, I saw these young marimba players entertaining diners at a local breakfast spot. Such a nice change of pace from the loud Mexican banda music that is so often played at these establishments. The sound was wonderful, causing me to stop and listen. When this artist turned to smile at his compatriot I knew I had a photo that would remind me of this delightfully unexpected encounter.
