Christmas window.
A very wild and windy walk this morning but at least it was a little later and therefore mainly in daylight (such as it was).
I then had a little errand to do in Haworth. A gift for someone who plays the organ at church occasionally but will be doing so for the last time next Sunday. We decided to get something for her from the choir. Mission accomplished we had a stroll up and down the cobbled main street and a coffee in one of the pleasant cafes.
This is actually a house window not a shop window. I love all the white decorations and you can see the large swags of coloured baubles reflected in the window that adorn many of the buildings all the way up to the church.
Always a special place to me at Christmas. I spent many childhood Christmas Eves here and it still retains its magic for me.
Unfortunately we then had to go and do some shopping of the supermarket kind. Definitely no magic there!
