Funny times

It was Helen's birthday today so Sam, Chloe and I went up to brave the wild wintery winds in town to meet her and take her for lunch.  We wandered down Coburn Street before meeting her and noticed a rather interesting exhibition in the gallery towards the bottom of the street - 89 minutes of video montage of one liner jokes.  Wish we could have stayed to see them all...

Lunch was fab at Laila's Bistro further up Coburn Street - lots of delicious Turkish inspired food and it was BYOB with no alcohol on the menu so no temptation for me...

All in all, a good day although it was definitely nice to get home to warmth and watching lots of movies as the pre-Christmas telly season warms up too
