Determined to defeat this cold which has come on & is currently threatening my pre-Christmas shaking of illness.  I will NOT be ill over Christmas!

Survived a trip to Asda tonight & that's me more or less done with food shopping - importantly the fridge is full of cava chilling for Bucks Fizz
