I mentioned the other day that the residents at the bottom end of the Granby triangle had won the North West in Bloom award in 2014. Their houses may not have any gardens and most of them may be presently boarded up, but it can be done. This shows how they put flower boxes all the way down a pavement of a nearly derelict street and brought it back to life.
