The Angel of the North

Drove over to Newcastle with Mike to collect Emma from the University - she got back from her ski trip last night. On the way back we stopped at the Angel of the North (which I'd never been this close to) and I played about doing a Hockney-style interpretation of the sculpture. Joining the four D800 pics together was interesting, at one point the file was at nearly 4 Gb! mind you - it was 15000 pixels square, and had quite a few layers.
