Today I was in a nearby village getting something repaired.  While I waited I had an early light lunch at the nearby pub.  I very much enjoyed their Christmas tree and other decorations.  The cream of cauliflower soup was also very delicious!  It was actually a very enjoyable and relaxing errand this week before Christmas!    I found out that they are dog-friendly, so Dolly and I will return and combine a visit with a walk through the fields and woods.
