"Big Wednesday"

The surfers were out in force today by Bournemouth Pier. It was a beautiful warm sunny morning but they must have been freezing despite their wetsuits.
Chateaubriand and roasties for Xmas Eve supper followed by a morsel of Montgomery Cheddar and finishing off with ginger and lime cheesecake.
We follow the French custom of cheese before dessert in order to best enjoy the red wine that we all enjoy so much.
