top day at home cooking and faffing around with the kids. jake 'n julie popped round for a wee drinkie or two and to exchange gifts, then at beth's request we had a full turkey christmas dinner. my toast tatties were perfect...which never happens when the whole family are here.

we've been tracking santa online all day, adding to the frenzy. beth has been playing down any excitement but she's always the last to go to sleep and the first up. which gives her away...
