We're there!

Arrived safely, right on schedule!

Although this time it was Jill's turn to feel the long arm of the law. She got pulled by a state trooper for going to fast... But got let off the hook with a written warning. Clearly officers don't have 'sales' targets here!

We got settled in and went a walk around town to find our bearings. We booked a full day on the slopes for Boxing Day and retreated back to the cabin for a heat and some great food.

Later in the evening we went out to watch a local tradition... Skiers coming down the face in formation holding red flares. (This was my planned photo opp but since I'm still learning my new camera I didn't have one decent shot.)

Then it was home for elf.
