What Santa does on Boxing Day ?

Before the rains come, we head down to the Priory (one of my favourite churches) for a walk along the Stour to Captain's Club for a coffee.
The rowers were out competing on the river, and this chap on a motorised scooter was feeding the swans. He must do it every day - as soon as he arrived, they all headed in his direction. And mute swans are mis-named - they are grunt swans really.
