Food, glorious food!

This hotel feeds us every 3 hours - breakfast at 8, coffee and sausage roll at 11, lunch at 12.30 - 1.30, tea and cake at 5 and dinner at 6.30 - 7 !
This was today's lunch buffet then we went off to the pantomime - oh yes we did! That was the sum total of my exercise today - walking to the theatre and back - a total of about 300 yards.
Diet starts on Monday.
