Doug's Pumpkin

Way back on the 14th of June I blipped a pretty spectacular image of CCN's Dad's Cabbage.  Now I'll let you in on a little secret.  Doug is almost 92 and is a fantastic gardner.  His veggie patch is really a site to behold.

Late this evening I crept around his pumpkin patch to see if I could find a couple of crackers to blip.  They're still pretty small by Doug's standards at this stage, but still impressive to say the least.

I love to pass on comments to Doug from blippers from all over Australia and the far reaches of the world.  He does have a hard time getting his head around the technology, but loves to hear the accolades when they hit my computer screen.  Standing ovations are even better :-)
