Jolang's Dahlias

In June I blipped an image of CCN's Dad Doug sorting through the Dahlia bulbs that our blipper mate Jolang had sent up to Bundaberg with us.  Well the results are coming in.  This is an image of a lovely flower bed in CCN's sisters garden and the Dahlias can be seen at the rear of the garden and they're growing like crazy.  Every day I look at them they seem to have grown another 6 inches.

For the next six hours I will be sitting in front of the tele watching the Boxing Day Test.  It's almost compulsory in this household.  A great chance to sit with my laptop on my knee and browse through the many fantastic Christmas blips coming in from all over the world.
