The Boss?

I first noticed this blackbird in the garden about a week ago. One of her wings was drooping a bit and I thought I would have to take her to a rescue centre.
However, she managed to fly off.
Since then, I've seen her quite a few times and she is no shrinking violet!
She's usually the first at the food and is quite keen on chasing other birds away?
We've had a sprinkling of snow but not too bad.
