Turkey Meatballs???

I spent part of this morning making a hearty pasta soup that was supposed to be embellished with miniature turkey meatballs.  However, even though I followed the recipe carefully, my meatballs refused to behave.  During the browning process, they stubbornly resisted being turned, and instead welded themselves to the bottom of the pan.  So I gave up and just sauteed the whole turkey mess.  It tastes the same, but it would have been more fun to see those meatballs floating in the soup!
