Pool of Virkie

A glorious sunny day -  cold and there had obviously been a snow shower between Sandwick and Sumburgh as the road was white. 

The Pool of Virkie next to the airport about 10 minutes after sunset this evening with the sea very calm. A slight bit of trepidation in posting this as it is so clear that if the Northern Lights are about tonight they could be good.
