Swans at Bolam

It was an early walk at Bolam this morning, out for sunrise and a very cold walk. There was quite a heavy frost but I love cold mornings like that - and wrapping up warm! We saw four deer while at Bolam which was exciting because we haven't seen them for a very long time, not since the summer I think.

I've spent the rest of my day reading and organising all of my notes and essays from the past term so that tomorrow I can finally figure out what work I need to do over the holidays (I know I need to revise for collections but need to figure out in a bit more detail what that means...) - I'll probably start with the two Geographical Controversies books and a book review.
