Owl's about that then...

Apparently in some cultures, owls are lucky and represent spiritual healers. Whereas in others they are seen as bad omens. My favourite is Native American tribes who believe that the fact that they can see in the dark means that their presence helps remind us to see deception in others.

I saw this fella today on a lunchtime stroll back through the park after my midwife check up.

He looks wise. Hope he brings me some luck over the next few weeks.
