December Challenge: Three

I was so pleased to notice three new buds on one of my orchid plants. Let me just say that I am not noted for my green thumb, and that this plant is particularly hardy to have survived at all. It bloomed profusely from February through about June, and I worked hard to keep it alive by placing two ice cubes in the pot once a week or so. I also made sure that my cat Lily didn't munch on the long, green stems. The second plant, though still alive, isn't doing quite as well. For chantler63's December challenge.
