Freeeeeezing

Goodness me what a cold morning. Very pretty though. I do like seeing the frost in the garden. I just wish we had some snow. Not for long mind you....but I do love the snow.

I did a private swimming lesson this morning. I have quite a challenge ahead of me. But I do like a challenge that's for sure. I've taken on trying to teach a guy who can't swim and needs to swim 1.2 miles in open water by July for a half ironman he has entered. But I got a few lengths out of him today, so we are on our way.

Alex's room is finished and looks amazing. It pleases me that it will look like that for a good few months. At least I can enter his room and see the floor.

Off to a footy match tonight. Ipswich v Charlton. All I know is it's going to be bloody freeeeeezing down at Ipswich. I think I need my thermal undies on and plenty of layers....and a win of course.

Heard from Alex. They are settled into their hotel for the next five days. He sent some photos and it looks stunning. They are in for an amazing time.

They are going to sign up to blip so from now I'll be writing to Alex and Louise....and Tom when he leaves here.
