50 shades of brown

Spent my lunchtime out in the cold gardens on campus. I watched a flock of long-tailed tits flitting around the bushes but couldn't get a decent photo. I also saw a pheasant, red kite and a jay as well as lots of noisy blue tits. Great way to spend a lunch break. This bed of ornamental grasses was looking beautiful - so many different shades, structures and textures that were set off against the bright green grass.
