The Ice Maiden

I went to work, but only  for a couple of hours this morning.  It's been the most gorgeous day, still very cold but everywhere looks so beautiful and there was an even more awesome sky tonight. 

Returned to the canal this afternoon and felt very sorry for the Swans, the Cygnets and ducks (particularly Mr Feisty!)  as most of their canal was frozen.  Some kindly boaters broke the ice first thing this morning though and I took food supplies.

Mr T is still suffering and didn't want to go flying today - a very bad sign.
