Snow much fun!

Best day ever!!! Well for ages anyway.

Drove to Nottingham and swung by Bridgford to see Em, Woody and Baby T. Had lovely chat, soup and catch up. Woody played with Squidge in the snow (wow so much snow in the Midlands!) - she really loves playing with him! See pic!

Then we drove to Nottingham to my friend H's hotel and got a VIP welcome. Private parking, champagne, chocolates, personalised books by the bedside table and toys for Squidge. Totally spoiled us!

We had a tour of the hotel which Squidge loved and then we went down the road for tea to Brown's. Fish and chips all round, a lovely bottle of Chablis, back to the hotel - some more friends (Rich and Lou) came over and Angus and I took it in turns to babysit whilst the other went down to the hotel bar to meet them.

What a lovely day!

N.B. I must add - I am having real issues with blip since the changeover. My blip app no longer works on my iPhone so I am using the URL version and when I read and comment on other blips, my comments don't send (or sometimes do, it's hit and miss). I have to be honest I have given up commenting in the main. If anyone has any tips on how I can get an app again on my phone I would be very grateful as I am in 'selfish blipper, all posts no comments' mode currently and it doesn't sit well with me :(
