Dummygate: The Sequel

We're having a right time of it with this dummy withdrawl. So much for all the books and blogs I read that said it would be hard but would take three days tops!

Squidge just can't soothe herself to sleep without it and has still dropped her daytime nap. It took three hours to settle her to sleep last night and then I was up three times in the night with her.

I had to work today so was a little grumpy in any case, so the tiredness was an added bonus! Not!

Luckily Angus was in good spirits so he has played with her most of the day. I managed to get my work done and we're back on the sofa now (Liverpool game on his laptop while I catch up on my much neglected - of late - trash telly!)

Took this picture at our local antiques shop earlier. We may have made a naughty purchase (or two) for the house! January needs to be lean. Real lean.
