Easy fixin's tonight...

...since tomorrow night is our annual New Year's Eve prime rib dinner. Tonight was straight from the microwave to the table. We always have prime rib on New Year's Eve. It is a party for Adults Only! Just us, our kids and their spouses and a couple of really good friends. It is the one dinner that we look forward to every year, even more than Thanksgiving or Christmas. And, by doing it myself, I can afford a prime rib dinner for everyone. If I took them all out for prime rib, it would far exceed my budget. This year we will have 10 people. Stay tuned.
