My very most favoritist snack

Cheese and salami. But, this isn't an ordinary salami. This one is Cremenelli salami. It is made right here in Utah by Christiano Cremenelli. He came to the US from Italy just a few years ago, and has been very successful. His family has been crafting artisan salamis in Italy for 400 years. The type of salami he produces has not been available here before, and it is the ultimate. It is dry cured with no nitrates or nitrites.
