Not Going Out

The hyacinths smell wonderful, fresh and springlike. The card arrived from the USA today! Glittery and kitsch - I love it! The poinsettia is looking good for a while yet!
After our busy Christmas, we are not going out tonight. However, the champagne is chilling, fillet steak is on the menu, with a little potted mackerel to start with, the fire is laid and the logs are in.
There will be lots of phone calls around midnight, but before that we may be playing Bananagrams!!
We know how to live it up!!
