St Giles Church, Imber

My exploring of the Salisbury Plain around Imber continued today with C and I heading out on our MTB for what turned out to be a lovely 17miles.

We made our way to Imber, a village which is only open to the public for a maximum of 50 days a year when the Army aren't playing Army on the Plain. It's an eerie village a few houses but just shells of houses, no doors or windows and the village church.
The church is open to the public and offers teas and coffee and a bit of a history lesson. It was an interesting experience and one I will do again.

Wishing all you Blippers out there a happy and healthy 2015!
