Goodbye 2014

Its been quite a year.  The biggy being JimJams bone marrow Transplant in Jan.  Can't help but ponder over how I felt this time last year knowing that in two weeks time JJ would be undergoing life saving treatment and what would be in store.  Its been a year of incredible highs with the girls being bridesmaids at their cousin wedding, being asked to appear on children in need for the amazing James Hopkins Trust and doing newspaper feature, hearing JJs chimerisms have gone up, to the extreme lows of being told her chimerisms have decreased to such a point they have been worrying.  And for this to happen a couple of times.  Its been a rollercoaster.  Lows of being in hospital numerous times and being apart from the family.  Losing our Sally dog.

But.  Its been a year of being thankful of family and good friends.  Knowing who's there when you really need it most.  You know who you are, and without this year we couldn't have coped without you.  Whether its practical support, or emotional, texts, phonecalls, Caitlin sitting, or just being there, THANK YOU.  You've kept us sane. 
So 2014, you've been emotional, and its a year we won't forget.
