Num! Num!

This army marches into the new year on his stomach. 

Warm croissant, cream cheese, scrambled egg with chives and Scottish smoked salmon topped with a bit of dill. 

I have three cooking gigs at this time of year. Christmas morning starts with vegetarian hot-dogs. New Year breakfast has now also been nailed. It's all building up to Gail's birthday dinner, which comprises my olive and haricot bean bake. 

I have just three days left to practice all the swear words I'll need to use during the preparation of the dish.
