Happy New Year 2015

Great way to start the new year with a real steam train off the back deck. It is the Durango and Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad on the way to their Cascade Canyon Y and back. Up for an early lunch and turn around and come back - about half of a regular run. A winter ritual. Train was packed today. Finally a decent snow storm of 6 to 8 inches. If I had been aware of the train coming I would have gone out on the deck for a better view - but being in stocking feet and robe not a good idea. Might scare the tourists.
