Meet my good friend Tim.

Two years ago Tim provided me with lodgings during the Olympics.

Whenever possible I commentate for him at the triathlons he organises.

He also gets the pair of us into some scrapes...

Voiced our opinion that closing a pub on London just half an hour after the Olympic Stadium emptied was not a good idea ☺

We have shared a great evening in Glasgow with an athlete who had broken his country's national record, only to find out later he had done nothing of the sort
