Fireworks On The Beach

The last shot of 2014 is my traditional New Year's photo of fireworks on Playa La Ropa. True to form of previous years, the show started at about five minutes to midnight, but different than previous years was the number of shows that started early - four this year rather than the single one of previous Decembers. What an awesome show that created! It went on for a good fifteen minutes, stretching from 2014 into the early hours of 2015. According to the time stamp on my camera, this shot was taken at 11:59:42, truly my last shot of 2014, but I got another four dozen or so in 2015 to start the year out in the correct mode of shooting photos every day. Thanks to blip central for fixing the map link so I don't have to start each entry so far from where the photo was actually taken. Hope thumbnail cropping comes next.
