Pea-liscious soup

This may have been tastier if the avocado I had was ripe. And if I hadn't thrown in some sugar snap pods. And if I hadn't put in quite so much parsley. And if I'd resisted the addition of celery...sometimes simpler is better. Thankfully, the fresh dill and whole peas saved it.

I must perfect this before the weekend when it goes on show.
