New Years Day 2015

Every year my husband's aunt and uncle have a new years day party at their house.  We do not often get along to it as my husband often has to work on New Year's Day.  This year he had the day off, so we headed along for a few hours to catch up with family.  This is our niece intensely listening to the conversation, which at one point went from a heated discussion about politics seamlessly to a conversation about family history research.  Still trying to figure out how that happened.
