Unexpected treasure

I took a phone call today inviting me to view old documents that might be of interest to our history of the village project. When I arrived I found the house was unprepossessing on a standard plot of land and built in approximately 1950. The original farm labourer owner had been gifted the property by his employer for loyal service (don't ask for details!) and when the current owner purchased she was off loaded 25 historical search documents dating from 1768 by the solicitor who no longer had space to store them!
So I came home with this goldmine in a crumpled M&S plastic bag and I now need to find someone with more patience than me to go through it all!
All in a good cause!
