Where's Kirsty?

We discovered her behind the door totally absorbed in something she had activated herself on her mother's ipad. She is still only two and is also completely infatuated with Barbie so she spent ages playing with these ones that her older cousin had discarded.
It was a grey wet day so we were thankful to keep her occupied. A little stroll down the village street at dusk to see the Christmas lights proved pointless - the neighbours had already dismantled all signs of the festive season.
They will depart early in the morning so that my daughter-in-law can be punctual for her new p/t job at Wallis. She is thrilled to be out there in the big wide commercial world again after a long haul of baby rearing.
