Final Festive Lunch...

Off out to our friends Lj & Derek's this afternoon.   David took the last of our Christmas decs down this morning, including the tree, so it was lovely to arrive at theirs and find the place still twinkly and full of festive cheer.

A lovely catch up over a delicious lunch that was over all too soon but we'll be seeing them again on 24th January for the annual Burns Supper event that is always a hoot.  Not us hosting this year so will be a bit more relaxed than 2014!   Although I've to do the Immortal Memory!  Gulp!  Need to start thinking about that over the next week.

Trying to get my head round getting back to normal next week but my brain doesn't seem to want to think about it yet.  Worry about that tomorrow night I think.

Just looked at last year's blip on this date and realised we went to Lj & Derek's for lunch that day too :D
