Cheese n' coffee

There ain't nothin' like it! I was off work today, had a lovely lazy day, slept in and went for a walk around Broughton and Cannon Mills in the afternoon. We stopped at the local Tesco (other supermarkets are available) to pick up ingredients for dinner and ended up coming away with wine and a selection of cheeses. I especially enjoyed the Manchego...I think it's been more than a year since we've had this cheese board out, a sacrilege!
