Remember to wash behind the ears

Busy day today up at seven to clean Ranni's night bed, 30 minutes washing and dough ball/vitamins duty. 9.00 breakfast - I quite look forward to breakfast there's no rice - the bread is fantastic and the cook does these amazing deep fried pepper eggs - and the jam is good too.
After breakfast it was an hours duty in the fruit shop - the place was heaving with tourists today - but not everybody buys a bowl of fruit - anyone from the farm park reading this please send Jan out here!
In the afternoon it was an hours gardening and then elephant enrichment -this is where you cut down a load of elephant grass tie it in bundles and then hide it so that the elephants have to try and find the food - instead of doing a lot of standing around. 
One of the blokes here went to the local town and came back with 30 pairs of Hugo Boss pants for £1.00 each - brilliant deal but who needs 30 pairs of pants  - wearing each one for two weeks they'd last over a year!

Over to the bar in the evening for a Lion beer and now I'm sat outside with the sound of the jungle around me while I wait to hopefully Skype home.
